Our Core Team
The Board of Directors is the governing body of Greater Life Foundation. Individuals who sit on the board, are responsible for overseeing the organization’s activities. Board members meet periodically to discuss and vote on the affairs of the organization. At a minimum, an annual meeting must occur with all board members present. Additional meetings take place throughout the year where board members can discuss and make other necessary decisions. The board will from time-to-time form committees both standing committees and ad-hoc committees to enable it to carry out its duties effectively and efficiently. The board is responsible for and accountable for all the affairs of the foundation. The board is encouraged to seek legal advice from time to time to ensure that all its activities are within all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks within which it carries out its activities.
